buying a 100cc motorbike in Chile or Argentina

Hi,
me and a friend are gonna be travelling through South America for 3 months. We want to buy a 100cc motorbike in Ushuaia (Argentina) or Punta Arenas (Chile). With this motorbike we want to travel through Argentina, Chile, Bolivia and maybe Peru. We heard that it is not possible for a tourist to buy a motorcycle in Argentina and cross borders with it.
Does anyone know how this works in Chile? And is it possible to sell the bike after the trip in Peru or Bolivia?
