EmmaL Emma Holmes Post Count: 1 Msg: #1 348 days ago, December 11th 2008 | Hi, I will be travelling to Johannesburg in the New Year and am a little hesistant to book accommodation without knowing the area. I am a female travelling alone. I will be spending two nights there and my question is - are there areas that I should be avoiding when booking accommodation online. Are there any suggestions for good, reasonably priced places. | Any advice on this one is much appreciated. If you are going for 2 days its obviously for some reason, what areas will you be in during the day? Every time I visit I stay at Emerald Guesthouse, they are close to the airport, and come and fetch their customers from the airport free of charge. Check out their site at www.emeraldguesthouse.net Doing a simple google search for accommodation will also bring up loads of places to stay, so the main question is where you will be during the day, that will determine where you should stay Number of Users: 2 | Number of Posts: 2 | ||||||||||
