Access to Glacier Express
Hotels or other housing needed for December 29 & 30 with access to Zermatt in the early morning.

We have booked the Glacier Express from Zermatt to St. Moritz on New Year's Eve. With a little work, I found accomodations for the end of the journey. Now I find that there is absolutely nothing available in Zermatt for the night or two prior. Can anyone suggest a nearby area which would allow us to get to Zermatt early morning on December 31 and how we would get there? We have not planned to rent a car on this trip but can if we must. We have Global Eurail passes and hoped to utilize those exclusively. Thanks! Reply to this
