Weather on continent is varied to say the least... | waxfish Tim Robinson Post Count: 7 Msg: #8 362 days ago, November 24th 2008 | We've booked 8 January till End of January. Considering all options... Sumatra was the first one of interest. But now we're thinking Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Nusa Tengarra (not sure if this option is trying to fit too much in to a short time.) Our goals are diving, surfing, jungle and volcanoes. The tourist areas are not a big interest. | Thanks, Tim deleted_95009 deleted_95009 Post Count: 11 Msg: #9 346 days ago, December 11th 2008 | Good | waxfish Tim Robinson Post Count: 7 Msg: #10 346 days ago, December 11th 2008 | Good? | lapin judy wong Post Count: 14 Msg: #11 324 days ago, January 2nd 2009 | tim, which airline are you going to fly with to madagascar? i am thinking about going there this summer but its impossible to book a flight online. i am thinking about going to jo'burg and see if i can book a flight to there with the local travel agent. but again, i am not sure how reliable they are. | Agge Ask Gudmundsen Post Count: 4 Msg: #12 308 days ago, January 18th 2009 | Hey Lapin (and sorry waxfish for using your post) | I'm flying to Mada the 15th of July and back the 25th/26th of August.. KLM from Heathrow, London over Amstardam to Nairobi.. From there it's Kenya Air the last way to Tana.. Overall prize about a 1000 $ Alternativly Air Madagascar got a direct flight from Paris.. But it's more expensive for sure! @waxfish: You'll be wet by garanti! Two sets of rain clothes, two covers for you backpack and some black bags in reserve.. Enjoy the trip :) Number of Users: 7 | Number of Posts: 12 | ||||||||||||||||||||
