I got such a travel on my blog (not here) but it's in Polish :( I flew to Helsinki, crossed the sea to Tallinn, then to Riga and Daugavpils and spent a few days in Lithuania - Vilnius, Kaunas, Trakai, Alytas.
You can book coach tickets (Eurolines) easily, they are cheap. Also Latvia and Lithuania aren't expensive (and have excellent food and beer). Estonia isn't that cheap - too close to Finland. Reply to this
