(i know no foreign language allowed in the forum so that means 'it will be very fun') | ladyleah Leah Michelle Post Count: 13 Msg: #19 70 weeks ago, August 31st 2008 | Tiffs Birthday Celebration!! | Hey everyone, I've done some checking around for prices and so on from Tiffs recommendations and here's the rough plan :) meet at 3:30pm at Shimbashi JR station, Hibya exit. You'll know you're at the right exit because there's a giant statue of a steam train nearby. From here we'll go to Big Echo Karaoke, Prices: 70 yen per person / per half hour, plus you are required to buy minimum 1 drink which is usually about 350 - 450 yen After karaoke we'll head out to an Izakaya... the one Tiff has in mind (yes, honey, I AM speaking on behalf of you haha) is Kagaya, just around the corner from Big Echo and is like a crazy themed izakaya with lots of games and the staff wearing costumes and so on. Usually for reservations you order the set menu, but for that you have to have exact numbers of people going which can't really be changed, so we're going to try and book it without the set menu, or just rock up on the day..... if it doesn't work out there's another few hundred izakayas we can choose from anyway! How does it sound Tiff? Is it everything you've been dreaming of and more?? It's going to be a great night out in Tokyo, so even if you haven't responded to the post before and want to come along, you definately should!
