Any tips on how to book

Dear all, I am keen to do the above next yr and wanted to know if you have any tips on:
- who to book the Inca thro (i know it gets booked up early!) and
- if I would be better to book the Galapagos when I arrive in Ecuador
- same for Iguazu falls

Any comments on the above would be welcome plus any related tips!
