| What's the best way to "stay connected" in Central America? Specifically: Should I bring my Palm or use internet cafés? | ||||||||||||||||||

Are there hotspots in public places that I can use? | Now, I realize I shouldn't be concerned about internet access while on vacation, but I'm expecting a really important email during the course of my trip, not to mention I want to keep my parents updated every once in a while... What do you think? Not all cafes have wireless service. i would leave your Palm at home, no need to worry about it going missing too. Have a great time. Pura Vida! Also if you take a computer with you while you travel it might be a pain to look after. In my opinion, not worth it when you will only use it to send emails.
