Beautiful Day

It's a beautiful day in Lima today. Sorry to all you Seattlites in the cold and rain. I have a meeting with the PI today, so I've just been finishing up our documents for the ethics committee submission (Peruvian IRB) to show her. Hopefully she'll be able to give us some good feedback.

Getting drinks later tonight with Beth and her group, they're meeting with a member of DIGIMED who works with the pharmacies beforehand. I gave her some questions to ask him, but hopefully I can also email him; their meeting is at the same time as the one I have with the PI. This Friday is a holiday, so we have a 3-day weekend to look forward to. Might go to Paracas and Huacachina with Elvira since I slept through Paracas the last time I was down here, I was so tired.

There's a US pre-med student down here who's interested in public health, set up a meeting with her about helping out with our project, although I may re-direct her to Beth's project if her Spanish is good enough, they'll need a lot of help with pharmacy customer surveys.
