Houston, we have a problem...

Montezuma´s revenge is not to be taken lightley?

¨You´ve only had your symptoms ONLY 3 days?¨ my friend nonchalantly asks me. Apparently having an upset stomach is all part of the traveling e'xperience while in Sourh America. ¨Not only will you get sick once, you will get sick 1, 2 ,3, more times!¨ my friend smerked.

With three days of war in my stomach, I opted the easy way out. ANTIBOTICS, my friend and foe. After taking the first pill and 4 hours later, the war had settled and I was back to eating like a pig. Bread, strawberry jam, more bread, but I had to hit the BRAKES. ERRRRR. I guess I did not want to tempt faith. Soups, figs, yogurt, oatmeal were the meals of choice. But today, my friend MArisol made some fresh lemonade and forgot to make it with boiled water. Instead she served it with water straight from the sink. I just hope my the antibotics in my system keep everything at bay in my stomach and that war world three does not lash out!

Other than that. I´m doing well ; ) Tomorrow, I will finlly get to go soak in the rays of Mollendo, a nearby beach ; )
