Hi again,

Well we left Arequipa after spending a lovely day there, lots to see, firstly Juanita wasnt there but there was another mummy there in her place - she´s off for safe keeping in Jan, but the museum was very interesting anyway (sorry werent allowed photos in the museum). I visited Catalina Convent - no way I am becoming a nun the beds were all about 4 foot long.........The next day, yet another early morning we set off for Puerto Inka, now this place wasnt in the Lonely Planet guide and when you see the photos you will know why, I think its used by just the tour companies and the locals, it wsa a real pity we didnt get to stay and extra day here it would have been just soooooooo relaxing, but no onwards to Nazca. Made it to the airport where I boarded a 6 seater plane (smallest plane I have ever been on), I got to sit in the co-pilots seat but no controls unfort....lol.....We flew about 35mins over the Nazca lines and I think i lost my stomach about 30 times (was glad it was only 35mins) but it was well worth it. just relaxing in the hotel - the pool is only about 25% full but that didnt stop me from going for a swim.......Heading into Nazca for dinner and a show about the lines at the Planetarium. Wow, only two days left till the tour ends. Lima hear I come. Oh and I have booked flights to Buenos Aires too so will send photos from there when I arrive. Hope all is well back home. P.S Vikki DO NOT show Cleo the cat photo - lol. Luv k
