going to buy new shorts...
The capital of Paraguay is full of contrasts, on one side you see fat vilas of rich people living in the center and around, with nice gardens, expensive cars, etc. and on the other side there are homeless people living next to the president palace at Rio Parana's shore every year beeing flooded. Also some parks and squares (ie. Plaza Urugaya) are occupied by homeless living just below a platic cover, cooking below the trees and washing their clothes in the streets slops.

There are few nice colonial buildings in the center as well as the amazing presidents palace and the cathedral. El Panteon at the Plaza de Heroes also is a impressive construction. More in the photos...

there is a museum with locomotives on the other side of the train station

noone own the land there, because it's flooded almost every year, so the people have to build their houses again
