HoLa!!!! :)

Tokrat samo ena kratka objava zadnjih dni v Ekvadorju. Po jungle turi sva spet prezivela par dni v Quito-tu, kjer sva pocakala na pricetek veselega decembra. Prvi vikend decembra so v Quito-tu organizirani koncerti po mestu in nocno zivljenje se zacne ... midva pa z njim.
Prvi dan sva si se malo ogledala Quito, in zvecer sla v opero na eno predstavo v okviru festivalov. Po predstavi pa na znameito ulico Calle Ronda, kjer ti postrezejo z njihovo verzijo kuhanega vina - Canelazo - zelo dobro (podobno nasi vroci medici). Ulica je res ziva, ker skozi okrog hodijo "bandi" in pojejo in na koncu vsake pesmi se derejo "VIVA QUITO" in vsi ostali z njimi!!!
Glede na to, da je drzava Ecuador poimenovana po ekvatorju sva naslednji dan obvezno morala naresti izlet na Mitad del Mundo (sredina sveta), kjer je zacrtana linija ekvatorja. Ostali cas sva vecinoma prezivela v shopingu ali pa po zurkah. 3. decembra je bil organiziran velik koncert na jugu Quito-ta. Midva vsa navdusena, mislec da bo to kot na "la Merce" v Barceloni sibala tja, vendar ni bilo cisto tako, sva pa vseeno uzivala. :P. Po koncertu sva se vrnila v novi Quito, poiskala nemce iz prejsnega zuranja in proslavila december - z enim akvarijem Mojito-ta (ta je bil se za andrejin RD)! :) Uros je moral predcasno zapustiti prizorisce :P

No, kar nama je se ostalo od Ekvadorja je bil Otovalo. Imela sva samo pol dneva tam...naju ni prevec navdusil...obiskala animal market, navaden market in potem ze odpeketala proti KOLUMBIJI!!! Na meji brez problemov, razen da naju je takist najprej peljal direkt v Kolombijo (na tej meji ne pregledujejo) in midva zacudeno: "a ne rabiva midva stampiljke, da zapustiva Ekvador?!" ... mu receva in on "aja? a rabta...ja pol pa pejmo nazaj!:)

Trenutno drugace uzivava v Kolumbiji ampak vec o temu drugic...

Hola!! :)

This time, one short post from the last few days in Ecuador. After the jungle tour, we spent a couple days in Quito, where we awaited the fiestas of the wild December. The first weekend of December, there are organized concerts in the city and the nightlife begins :)

First day in the evening we went to the opera for dance performance. Afterwards we went to calle Ronda, where they serve their version of cooked wine - Canelazo - very good. The street is really alive with local bands walking around and singing and at the end of each song they shout "Viva Quito" and everyone else with them!

Given that the country is named after the equator, we had to do a trip to Mitad del mundo (center of the world), where the line of the equator is.
3rd of December was a big concert organised in the south of Quito. We went all excited, thinking that this will be like "la Merce" in Barcelona...which it wasn't, but we still enjoyed it. The concert was good, but the party not: P. We returned to the new Quito, found the Germans from previous partying and started celebrating December - with a Mojito-aquarium :) Uros had to leave the sceene a bit too early:)



After Quito we went to Otovalo. We had only half a day there ... visited the animal market (what a torture!), common market and then off to COLOMBIA! At the border without any problems, except that we first drove directly in Colombia ... remembered that we need an exit stamp ... went back to Ecuador and again to Colombia :)
