So as of today I only have 2 days left in Ecuador, which is a very weird feeling. In some ways I am ready to leave and in other ways I do not want to leave at all. This past weekend my friends and I went to Guayaquil and the beach for a last trip. The beach was amazing it was a great way to say good bye to many of my friends. It was very hard to say good bye because we have all been going through the same things and have grown very close. We are all from different parts of the country which makes saying good bye even harder. The beach howver was amazing, filled with fun times and not thinking about the end. Now I am back in Quito spending a last few days with my host family and getting ready to leave. My host family has been so great and it will be very hard to say good bye to them. It is weird to have felt so included in there family and now leaving. I definitely plan on visiting Ecuador again, and my sister and my mom are my firends on facebook so we can keep in touch. Overall I do not know what I want. I want to stay, but I want to go. I have learned so much in my time here and seen so many amzing things. I am so thankful that I had this opportunity and know that it will be one of the most important times in my life. I am also thankful for my host family and the friends I have made here which have taught me so much. I guess now it is time to head back to the USA and be a senior in college.
