Location
The hotel's strategic location is an asset, as it is situated in the centre of the city of Santiago de Chile. The excellent location close to the city means that various tourist attractions, the Barrio Bellavista neigbourhood, restaurants, parks, markets, bars, nightclubs, ski slopes, underground stations and sports clubs are all close by.
Facilities
This elegant eco hotel was built in 2010 and comes complete with a wide range of amenities and attractions for guests' comfort. The hotel uses renewable energy and is considered to be the first eco hotel in Chile. There are 170 guest rooms in total and room service is available 24 hours a day. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Moreover, there is a hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access, mobile phone coverage, wired and wireless Internet access (for a fee). There is also an extra charge for the laundry service, medical service, bike rental and the mini club. All hotel facilities are in good condition. These include a breakfast room, pretty garden and a terrace with panoramic city views. Private parking is available in the garage.
Rooms
The spacious rooms are decorated in an elegant style and are fully equipped. Each room has air conditioning, heating, a safe and a living room, minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. Entertainment features include cable TV, Internet access and a telephone. Amenities include an iron and ironing board and a washing machine (charges apply to the latter). Rooms are furnished with double or king-size beds. The en suite bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, bathtub and a hairdryer. The balcony and terrace come with unobstructed views of the city.
Sports/Entertainment
Guests can take a dip in one of the three large outdoor swimming pools and there is also a children's swimming area. Sun loungers are laid out for guests to enjoy. There is also a gym and sauna, and massages and spa treatments are available.

The hotel serves a buffet breakfast.
