Our next trip starts New Year's Eve 08

Hello all, I'm sending this out so that you will all know it is coming...If you aren't interested in reading the blog, then please delete your name--I'm sure not trying to burden you with a bunch of email you don't want to get!!

Here it is in November 2008, and I'm getting ready for the next trip. Begins in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with New Years Eve celebration on Copacabana Beach.

I will again be traveling with my college buddy Dennis Weber, of Yuma AZ. Dennis just retired from teaching chemistry and physics, so now he can travel in the winter and enjoy the balmy climate of Arizona in the summer.

Then we travel through Brazil and Argentina to the Southern most tip of South America, and then back up through Chile to Santiago.

Trip ends and we fly home on February 25, 2009....hopefully I will miss Winter in Denver--

Oh, and you may notice my new toy John Deere Tractor, which belonged to my Grandfather and was used for 60 years on the family ranch in NW Utah....when I get back, I will be working on this to get it running next spring!!
