Drinking GameDrinking Game
Drinking Game

This game got me wasted!!!! i don't think anyone survived
all right puerto seguro ... what can i say my favorite place in brazil so far very chilled beach town more or less safe and heckeling free... a must if you come to brazil and head north in my books.

the first day i met up with guga (a great brazilian from my room) we then headed off to the cultural centre and walked through some markets and watched some great capoera shows i will try to post the videos later... unfortunatly i missed this move on my video where this guy ran across the floor into a handstand and then slid on his head it had to be seen to be belived...these guys had definately been practising a bit!!

after the shows me and guga headed off up north to the first ever portugese landing in brazil... they have a cross there to mark the 500 centenery of the landing but the one in the back ground is the original.

after another per kilo feast we headed back towards porto seguro but stopped in a resort like dance club called toa toa to enjoy the women dancing in bikinis over a few beers.... i have one or

two ridiculasly revealing bikini shots unfit for this web site i will have to show the boys later... (guga took the photo so mabey a bit over zoomed.)

if i did post it i am sure the blog hit count would go through the roof.

i will have to describe the scene in any case we where at an place the played music the brazilians refer to as axe. pronounced ash-air... anyways it basically consists of crowds of women in thin bikinis doing macarena style moves to brazilian pop music... they normally follow a dancer on the stage which will either be a couple of peter andre-esk guys or some girls in areobics outfits leading the way. quite a sight for the guys.

back to puerto we headed out for the night in one of the local nightclubs actually the night life here is really good... they have a night club for every day of the week so you are genrally at a different location every night.

off to arrial the next day and the intensity seemed to drop into a great holiday vibe with a really family like hostel feel. i immediately met a group of 7 brazilian girls before even making it to my room.

my room mates were also great pediro the italian the chilian... and daniele the italian from rio who i caught up with later on the beach...

we all headed into the centre that night and drank caprihinas in the street listening to the live music on offer a really great way to spend the evening. me and irene and the sao paulo boys then hit a club down by the beach which played a mix of english and brazilian music which was cool.

my last day in arrial we ventured off down the coast to transoco a great hippy town with a few posadas and little resturants. we spent the day on the beach and i gave irene a few swimming lessons haha. the whole day was very chilled and we got back to the hostel late afternoon where the sao paulo boys decided to start up a drinking game for the evening. you will not belive how cheap the alcohol is here!! i first headed into the supermarket and was blown away buy the 17 real barcardi bottle... but the boys quickly pulled me away

the cross in the frount is the new one the one in the back is the original
and said they refused to buy such over expensive alcohol....

they then lead me to a shelf with a group of vodka bottles on speacil for 3.75 reals yes it was going to be a rough night...haha

the drinking game was basically kings... where you had a different drinking rule for each card... although in portugese so a couple of the cards were aimed at me when every they were flipped over.

one game in particular pi..played when a seven was flipped over required every one to begin counting upwards in portugese but if you came across a multiple of 7 or a number with seven in it you were required to say pi. i.e 7, 14 17, 21, 27, 28 etc. yes i had to skull every time!!

there was also the vital toilet card required to visit the toilet.

i don´t think i needed to say the end of the game wasn´t pretty for all those playing.

anyways i have had the best time here but unfortunalty had to kick on to pick up my visa card... hopefully it arrives.
