My last day in Cusco was a great day, the whole day there were festivities going on, loads of Peruvians on the plaza, enough to see. In the evening I ended up in an Irish pub where I ate wonderful nachos and talked several hours with the people around. At a certain point we had a blackout, so that was good fun, sitting in a pub with candles everywhere.
Next morning, after sleeping 6 hours, I got on the bus to the lake titicaca where I arrived 7 hours later. After dropping my bags at the hostal I walked up to the plaza de armas and Calle Lima, where the nightlife is.., and wanted to try Alpaca meat. So, I settled down in one of the restaurants and after 5 minutes a German guy came up to me asked if I wanted to join him and his mother and cousin.
After this, the German guy and I decided to go to a bar or so to drink some beers. He also invited two Peruvian girls to come along with us (he met them that day on the boat to some Islands), so we went to a bar drank some beers and

Floating islands.. Quite exceptional
then decided to change to another bar and on our way we met 2 Germans whom I met before in Nazca, so that was actually a really cool surprise, so they joined us and the night just continued.
(Un)fortunatelly, I booked a trip to the floating islands and Taquile, so I had to get up at 6.30am..
The floating islands are really interesting, there is nothing quite like it and the people are really friendly too, however, the islands are really touristy, but that´s something you´ll have to accept.
After the floating islands I visited Taquile island, people talk quechua here and the culture is totally different from Andean cultures.. There we had a typical lunch and I danced with the locals, interesting too..
Coming back in Puno, I felt okay again and went to a bar for a hot drink there I ended up talking to a guy from the UK and with him I went out again consequently having 2 nights of sleeping 4 hours..
The next day I was really tired and I had a hang-over too.. Anyway, I booked a trip to the Sillustani ruins. Which was actually the worst decision I could have made, because

following a girl to the restaurant..
I again ate something bad consequently I vomited while we were walking around the Sillustani site, however, after having vomited I felt hepas better, so I survived the day..
Next morning, I woke up quite early, also because I went to bed extremely early, and went straight to Terminal Terrestre were I arrived at 7.30 (the normal time for buses to leave to Copacobana, Bolivia, but buses never leave on time so I was on time and left 15 minutes later..)
Then we passed the border without problems, changed buses and went on for the last 8 km to Copa, where I arrived at 12 o clock, there is an hour time difference, so basically I´m an hour closer again to Europe´s mainland. Then after 5 minutes I found a perfect hotel, with private bathroom, fairly hot shower, television and 2 beds.. (it´s really cheap here). I was still really tired and felt quite bad, so I just stayed in my bed yesterday and trying to recover, while watching some Rolland Garros (tennis).
This morning I ate for the first time since 30 hours again. Today, I´m going to arrange a trip to Isla del Sol y de la Luna,

Experiencing real Taquile culture.
It is said that Manco Capac and mothernature came from Isla del Sol.., so I can find some Inca ruins there, I might sleep over at that Island, because it´s not possible to combine the 2 islands in day, but I´ll find that out later on...
For now, I won´t do so much, just laying down in the sun, read my book, and prepare for the trip of tomorrow..
But it feels really cool to be in Bolivia!! Just the idea, awesome.
