Llama comme souper?

Je suis intriguée par un livre de recettes qui traîne dans la cuisine! L'ingrédient principal est la viande de llama! J'ai pris quelques photos des recettes pour vous amuser. L'autre ingrédient qui ne me plaît pas tellement est le quiñoa! Einn la psychochose ? Tu te souviens de notre séjour camping sauvage et les derniers repas de quiñoa!!! J'avoue que la recette pour le flan au caramel me tenterait alors, pratiques-toi et on en mangera à mon retour.

P.S. La traduction des recettes est épouvantable alors suivez les instructions en espagnol plutôt qu'en anglais.

P.P.S. Je quitte pour El Villar par bus ce soir. L'Internet ne fonctionne pas là-bas et je ne sais pas si le téléphone va fonctionner. Ne vous inquiétez pas si vous n'avez pas de nouvelles.

I was intrigued by a recipe book laying around in the hostel kitchen. The main ingredient of this book is llama meat. I took a few pictures of recipes to amuse you. The other ingredient that I don't particularly like is quiñoa! Remember Psychochose? Our kayak-camping trip when all we had to eat at the end was quiñoa!!!! The caramel flan looks good though so, practice making some and then I can eat it in your new apartment when I get home.

P.S. The translation of the method is especially bad so... Follow the Spanish instructions when possible.
