It is located just in the downtown of the worlds south city, Ushuaia. From here, you can have access to a whole range of trips that our province offers without having to travel from your apartment to the rallying point. You can also walk along San Martns Avenue, where you will find the Governors Residence, banks, the best restaurants, museums and cultural centers, exchange offices, the post office, different shops, malls and laundries. The ground floor apartment have a wonderful view to Beagle Channel, The Mountain Range (Olivia, Susana and Cinco Hermanos) and the Tourist Wharf. It contains two rooms, one with a double bed and another room with two beds, ideal for a family. A bathroom, internet and a TV (Cable)
