The first day we went up to the mountain it was too windy so we went over to Hotel Dinko to help them build their snowboard park. There’s a big group of locals that get together and build a park right next to the hotel. They do competitions and there’s a bar right next to it. Pretty sick setup! On Canada day we got about a foot of snow. It was insane! The terrain is a lot different than Canada. A lot of open runs and sweet cliffs, but not a lot of tree runs. Spending Canada day in winter was a different experience, but it felt right. The next couple days the mountain was closed to we just helped out with the snowboard park. Can’t wait until it’s done!
