fallsMy first view of the falls (argentina)
Hello All
As you can see I am no longer in Brazil and have crossed over the Border to Argentina. Stayed in a Place called Puerto Iguazu, near Pargue Nacional Iguaz, which is home to the biggest set of waterfalls in the world. You can view the falls from both the Brazilian side of the border and also from the Agentinian side. We were going to stay in Foz do Iguacu on the Brazilian side for a night then go to Puerto Iguazu for a night, but we met an Isreali chap on the bus who recomended a hostel in Puerto so we decided to go there.
The bus from Rio droped us off in Foz and we got a taxi over the border (no problems) to the hostel where me dan and seb and another English girl were the only non-Isreali´s staying there, which is cool but would be better if i spoke a bit more Hebrew. Got to the hostel in the morning hence couldnt check in so dumped our stuff and without stopping (i hadnt had a shower since Salvador three days prior) we headed straight to the Argentinian side of the falls.
Amazing!

Thats how best i can sum it up. As a picture is more than a thousand words just look at the photos. Only bad thing is as i was leaning over the barrier to look down the waterfall i lost my hat, i loved that hat had i for about three years, now need to buy a new one.
Next day decided to go and have a look at the Brazilian side which is not sposed to be as good, i disagree both sides are pretty amazing. Once again just take a look at the photos.
Puerto Iguazu is ok, not much in the terms of nightlife but we ate out both nights and Argentina is alot cheaper than Brazil, so hoperfully i can start saving some money for Japan later in the trip.
