12 hours up the road we ended up in Cordoba. Its Argentina's 2nd biggest city and it was peeing rain when we arrived. We went to our prebooked hostel which we ended up regretting. It had a terrible vibe for reasons i cant go into.

We spent the next 2 days walking around the city. There wasnt much there as far as we could tell and as it was the weekend the streets were deserted. We did visit a cool museum and went to a really cool tango show apart from the cheesy singing!!

Its funny how you can have a totally different time to someone else. Met a guy in Salta who was to spend 2 days there and spent 5 and partied every night til dawn. Don't know what we were up to.

So we headed up to Salta(12 hours again) and checked into a really cool hostel that had a pool. the first day we were there it was about 35 degrees so a lot of time was spent in the pool. We cooked an Asado that night and then hit the town. Ended up in the casino with the hope of free drink but there was none to be had. Won about 35 pesos though so it all wasn't in vain and headed out on the lash.

the next day we spent most of our time planning and booking our trip to San Pedro in Chile. Had a final Asado again that night and although we had a 6am bus i was up to 4 am drinking red wine and went to the pub. Really like Salta though and it was a great town. Sorry about the non eventful reading!!
