Another no pictures email cos we´re still in Cordoba (though leaving tonight) where the computers just aint up to handling the might of the 12 megapixel beast Shorty has brought with us. Damn shame. We´ll gets them up though, dont you worry. Know you can´t wait for snappy snap joys of the O´Molfe viewfinder.
So we´ve been in Cordoba since last monday (it´s now Sunday 25th October). Had a great first couple days, Cordoba is a great city, all beautiful and that, and then on a day trip to Che Gruevara´s home town of Alta Gracia the Rolfe ankle gave way on a road curb and I tumbled, like Willem Defoe in Platoon, snapping me spindly ankle, causing the most pain anyone has been through since that guy in Hellraiser went through that nasty stuff. There we was, being all revolutionary n all, and the curb had to go ruin things. So I´ve been halled up in the hostel and Shorty has been making my food and helping me hop around and pretending it´s not the most annoying thing in the world. She has done a marvelous job as I moan and winge like a baby. Did manage to get out last night to a restaurant just up the road where we got what I can only describe as the best steak i have ever eaten. They said it´d be good but... So we gorged on that and felt that warm sick feeling that comes with overeating great food.
Tonight we´re on a bus back to Mendoza where we will (if ankle allows) take a cycle tour round the vineyards, walk up mountains and be all kinds of active. The ankle is all nice n black n blue and yellow now which means its healing (the lovely norwegian doctors we befriended here at the hostel told me thats what it means).
I have just been handed half a giant apple (fruit here is huge) so I shall go and eat that.
Peace and love to you all
Hope all of you are well
Ed and Shehnaz
