Well... I tried to upload some photos, but without titting around re-sizing them, it would take a while. So you will have to wait.
Been in Cordoba (the biggest uni town in SA) for a few days, and it has been fairly random. In our hostel I am sleeping in what can only be described as a corridor, but it´s comfy enough and the people here are funny fuckers. Everyone just sits about in the evening, eats together, plays some cards and then heads out to clubs at about 1.30AM. Last night was a Reggae club, which involved me and two aussies downing Tequila. Unfortunately, I forgot that shots out here are 3 times as big and this lead to slight over-consumption and an early night (4AM) for Nicholas.
I also had the most random day yesterday, sleeping beauty couldnt be bothered to move so I hopped on a bus with the hope of gettin up the highest peak in the Sierras via the use of a "chairlift". I put that in inverted commas because it could only really be described as a chair that lifts you - not the Matlock Bath esque cable cars I was expecting!!! Took
a video on the way up, and I was actually so worried for my own mortality that I documented my thoughts in what could have been my last moments. I survived though, and had a lovely conversation in Spanglish with a couple visiting from Buenos Aires.
In other interesting news I went to the house where Che Guevara used to live. About as boring as you would expect. Also turns out Che is dead. Bugger. Speaking of dead people, we went to see Batman on Sunday night and it is fucking mint. Slightly ruined by some Argentinean hag speaking on her mobile phone for about 10 minutes though.
Anyhow, off to the Salt flats tonight, See you in La Paz (Bolivia)
Love and hugs and kisses and stuff...
Nick
