We arrived to Cordoba late Friday afternoon. I figured we would have no problem catching a bus from Mendoza to Cordoba, however since most students are on vacation, everything was booked so we had to catch the 6 AM bus. We arrived to Mendoza Thursday night around 9. We had two choices. Either go to a hostel for the night and pay 30 pesos per person, OR put our luggage in storage and explore the vida nocturna in Mendoza.
Now that I look back, we definitely made the right decision. As soon as we left the bus terminal we met a Chilean that had been living in Argentina for the past year. He was not hesitant at all to pay for our bus fare and lead us to the best all-you-can-eat buffet in Mendoza. There we met a couple argentine girls from Santa Fe, some exchange students from Chile, and we were astonished by the amount of beautiful Mendocinas stuffing their pie holes(thanks dad).
We had planned to meet the gringos in a discoteque down the street, but of course, shit happened. On the way we found ourselves staring at a huge line for another boliche called WISH. We decided to go to WISH since it was closer and since someone told us it wasn´t a gringo hotspot.
We had a blast dancing, and meeting the local chicas. After awhile the music got kind of bad so we pulled out our nifty portable mp3 player and started blasting music outside and dancing Cumbia-Merengue-Salsa. Got back to the terminal around 5. Fun night.

Cordoba is the best city in Argentina. Hands down.
The city if full of energy. With seven universites in the local area, there are plenty of things to do. We are constantly starting conversations with random people on the streets. Everyone is so friendly and outgoing it feels like a different world.
Today consisted of:
Skating next to the municipalidad
Walking around the mall
Eating parilla
Talking to a couple from Rio Cuarto during dinner
Learning how to rockclimb from Ariel who works at the hostel
Meeting three english speaking argentines while looking for chori-pan.
Eating chori-pan.
Hanging out at Buen Pastor and chatting with the argentines.
Playing pool.
Wanting to eat more chori-pan.
Meeting two Brits that just flew in from Inglaterra.
Running into our two mendocina hostel buddies.
The make-shift Electro dance party outside the main mall.
Today is ¨Dia Del Amigo¨ and we're off to meet the three English speaking Argentines. Hasta luego!
