I am a TV.
uhh...

I went out with Irish people for their holiday last night. It was pretty fun, I got sufficiently drunk... and I got a free t-shirt... holla.

I really love this city. I often lament about how I love small towns like Davis. Davis is great because you don´t ever have to drive, and you know everybody. I always thought that cities sucked because the only city I know is Los Angeles. But Los Angeles isn´t a city, its a haphazardly constructed heavily-populated expanse of land that dissolves into the ocean. Buenos Aires has reminded me that REAL city life is awesome. So in answer to your question mister president,

¨Yes I can move to a major metropolitan area and live comfortably, however I have made the decision to return back to the small town I fell in love with as a young man, Davis.¨

I´ve spent about a week here, which is a nice change of pace from the fast-paced life of a traveller. Spending more time here than usual has made this an extremely enjoyable experience.

Today is March 18th, I have a flight out of Lima on March 31st. That´s like going overland to Atlanta from LA. Fine, Atlanta is actually 1,944 miles and BA to Lima is 1,920... but the point still stands, that this is a fairly intense distance to travel in a limited amount of time.

Whatev, it costs like 400 USD to fly, so I´ll make the best of it. (I hope to not take the 52 hour bus from Santiago to Lima.)

I´m going to a music festival tonight, I´ll tell you how it was, but if don´t actually go, I´ll make something up.
