Buenos Aires Day 1

The plane ride was really long, and uneventful.
I took the bus into the city - it´s not short, it took over 2 and a half hours. But i like trying to figure my way around public transportation systems in languages i don´t understand. The plus side of taking the bus is that i got to see pretty much the entire city, and figure out how to use the bus system. First i had to use my limited spanish skills to get money out of an atm, and then figure out how to get 1.50 in coins from the hundred peso bills the atm gave me. And then came figuring out where to get off the bus, because i stupidly didn´t get a map at the airport, so all i had was the map of downtown in the guidebook, which wasn´t very useful. But i managed to get off at the right stop, even though the bus driver wasn´t at all helpful.
I eventually got to the hostel, and it´s really nice, and now i´m writing this. But i really should go explore the area a bit, instead of sitting in an internet cafe writing this.
