Cambodia wasn't somewhere I'd planned to visit on this trip and my ending up there was all a bit random. I'd first been about 6 years ago with my sis and her friend Anabelle and absolutely loved it..... so now when I found myself in Bangkok with 3 weeks to kill before I needed to meet Helen and with my original plan to travel Thailand not quite turning out as I'd expected, well, booking a flight ... read more

My story so far....
2005: Left the UK and headed to New Zealand, spending a great year working in Wellington and travelling the country - vineyards, trekking , kayaking and more.
2006: When my working holiday visa expired I booked a ticket to Singapore and had an amazing 6 months in Asia - Orangutans in the Borneo rainforests, Tibetan plateaus and the ancient temples of Bagan and Angkor.
2006/07: Out of money but not quite ready to return to the UK I moved to Australia for 9 months or so, living in Sydney, travelling the East Coast and rea... full info
