Blue Auroras and Discovery Hut

Here is a picture I tried to get all winter. The lighting was perfect - I recreated a portion of the mid-winter run to get to the hut before the auroras were done.

It was a beautiful day - The sun was shining brightly over the western slopes of Mt Erebus, there was no wind to speak of and the temperature was warm by Antarctic standards.
