Thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Hans, Frances, and the girls’ (my Aunt, Uncle and cousins) Neetz and I spent three days and 40km trekking through the Sani Pass area of the Drakensberg. Day one was characterised mostly by first class form on our part. Neetz wore her new shoes that had only been worn in at Sydney Airport and so after less than a kilometre she had to swap shoes with Fr ... read more

Neetz and myself have decided to forego all commitments for 9 months from the 4th of February 2007. We plan on spending 3 months travelling around South Africa, 3 months travelling around the following countries in Europe: Greece, Italy, Germany, France and Spain, and 3 months travelling from New York through Canada and back down the west of the states to LA.
