Poetry, Graffiti or Nonsense

Ok what? Is this a quote? I dont think so because it seems to have bad grammer. What does it mean? I thought about it and it got me going on the definition of Poetry or art. I think that something becomes art when you try to enterpretit as art. I could look at three lines scraped accross a blank canvas, the picture of someone's messy bedroom or an empty street and enterpret it as art. Anyway this graffiti was written on a boarded up window on an unremarkable street away fromthe bistle and it was written quite high up so someone must have used a ladder or something.
