July 28th 2006 With no strange buses to board nor people to fight with, our travels through North America in our hire car were blissfully uneventful. We did lots of driving and enjoyed the incredible views enormously, but didn't fit in any heavy walking as it was so hot we could've fried an egg on the car's bonnet.
