During February of 2002, when I was living in Spain I went to 1 of the 7 Canary Islands, Tenerife. The Canary Islands are a part of Spain and are located in the Atlantic Ocean, off of the African west coast. We went there for Mardi Gras. Most of the world knows the Mardi Gras celbration in Rio and New Orleans . . . but in Europe . . . it is well understood that the biggest party is in the Canar ... read more
