Blog: Day 8: Shegar - Everest Base Camp

What beautiful morning! Shegar greeted us with a great sunrise and baby blue skies....just heavenly. If only I could bring the baby blue skies back, I would just hold it dearly...... After breakfast at the hotel, took a short ride to Shegar Dzong. If we were lucky, we could see the Qomolangmu (Mt Everest in local language) from this Dzong.
