The last few days have been spent in Sihanoukville, and I was planning on heading to Vietnam a couple of days ago. However, Evan, a californian guy I met here suggested visiting an isand called Koh Rhung, which he had read about in the local guide book. I hadn't heard of it, and neither apparently had anybody in the tourist agencies or dive shops we asked around. They all suggested we go to Bam ... read more
