This morning we headed off to Hobart's famous Salamanca Market. When the market started in the early 70s it was a pretty informal gathering of about a dozen traders. These days the market is a Hobart institution comprising over 300 licensed traders who set up every Saturday in Salamanca Place between Davey Street and Battery Point.
