philippino connection, part 1

Finishing a Sunday lunch with Sunshine, Pat and Grace. Pat would have to be possibly the most superb chef I have been privileged to sample foods from. Whew! I had never eaten such variety of beautiful foods! It seemed that whenever I turned to the kitchen Pat was there whipping something up!!! And of course when I had eaten far too much she was urging me on going, "C'mon.... eat....eat....!!" as though it were a competition and I was out in the lead and the crowds were cheering me on....
