A short way down the towpath I came across this little cove where canal boats were allowed to tie-up for the night. Quite a few folks were sitting on their decks sipping some bubbly, enjoying the summer night air. As the sun finally began to go down just after 10:00pm, the temperatures fell to more bearable levels.
