Ompriyas family and myself set off for our road trip and exploration of the Kutch region. Our first stop was the Adalaj Step Well. You won't find this in any guide book so far, but it is an amazing place to visit. I'm not one for endlessly looking at architecture, but this place took my breath away. Hi to all of you who have chosen to read my travel blog. Although I haven't left Australia yet (9 weeks to go), I am busy kramming, learning about sites such as this..totally perfect to let my children and my friends know what I am getting up to... and educating myself on homeopathics vs vaccines etc, plus the monumental task of flights, accommodation, reading and researching places I will explore, travel visas and insurance.
