Every year, in late october, for the end of the rainy season, a festival of 3 days takes place in every big city of the country. People are out in the street celebrating !
On this occasion many stands for kids are present in the street. shooting stand, darts and this amazing old carousel made of nothing.
Those 4 kids, not able to afford one tour, were looking at others turning around and having a lot of fun. Some nice soul finally offered them a tour ! Great time for everbody !
