April 29/30 Early start for Turkey, up at 4am to be at airport by 5! At check in, we were asked why we were going to Turkey, it took about an hour to get clearance from Condor, our budget German airline! Crazy! 12 hours to Frankfurt, including a short stop at Dominican Republic, 4 at the airport then off to Istanbul, arrived 1pm,very tired! Travels with Kate and Blu

We travelled around Australia in 2008 in a 4WD and caravan, a wonderful trip over 11 months and 50,000 km! In 2013 we embarked on another adventure, travelling through Mexico, Cuba, Costa Rica, Turkey, Greece, Croatia, then whipped through central Europe to the UK and Ireland, a trip of 6 months. ( still some chapters to write up 2 years on). Not sure what is next..... 2015. What came next was a 3 month trip to the UK, with the main goal being to walk 300 km across England on Wainwrights Coast to Coast route! Highlights were the walk, a visit to Jersey and a week in Russia. Am working on co... full info
