Boat trip on the Bosphorus

May 4 Sad to leave our lovely digs in Goreme and Angela, our great host (35€ a night included breakfast!) Plane to Istanbul delayed by fog, left 2.5 hours late! Got to Istanbul, took public transport to our hotel which took about 2 hours, but it was a long way by bus, funicular, tram, then walking! Travels with Kate and Blu

We travelled around Australia in 2008 in a 4WD and caravan, a wonderful trip over 11 months and 50,000 km! In 2013 we embarked on another adventure, travelling through Mexico, Cuba, Costa Rica, Turkey, Greece, Croatia, then whipped through central Europe to the UK and Ireland, a trip of 6 months. ( still some chapters to write up 2 years on). Not sure what is next..... 2015. What came next was a 3 month trip to the UK, with the main goal being to walk 300 km across England on Wainwrights Coast to Coast route!
