On arrival in Abu Simbel one of the members of our tour became very sick on the train he had a temperature of 41, he was delirious and did not know his name or where he was so he had to be taken to a doctor…. (he was put on a drip) I hope that what he had doesn’t spread. The rest of us headed over to our hotel where we could settle in, have a shower and prepare for a boat trip over to see ... read more
