On arrival in Abu Simbel one of the members of our tour became very sick on the train he had a temperature of 41, he was delirious and did not know his name or where he was so he had to be taken to a doctor…. (he was put on a drip) I hope that what he had doesn’t spread. Australian born - never travelled outside of australia before. First stop UK then europe and possibly Egypt then over to Japan and working myway down through south east asia. Eventually back to work :-)... full info
