This is the begining of our Winter trip that will have us on the road for about 6 weeks or so. We got a late start & only traveled 143 miles & stayedin a parking area just south of Navajo National Monument on SR 564. The next morning we started towards Las Vegas. We stopped at the Carl Hayden Visitor Center at the Lake Powell Dam in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area then stopped & had lunch ... read more

We currently travel in our 2004 Winnebago Sightseer 27C motorhome towing a 1973 VW Beetle. We use Dish Network for our TV and a MotoSat Datastorm F1 roof mount Internet Satellite system for our internet. I installed two 120 watt solar panels, four 6 volt Golf cart batteries and a 2000 watt inverter for when we go boondocking. We like visiting and camping in National Park areas, Forest Service, BLM, State Parks and just staying out in the boonies.
