When one visits the land of a zillion mopeds...I understand there are more mopeds in Vietnam than any other country in the World...it stands to reason you cannot ask the zillion riders for prior permission to take their photos. Appreciate you taking the time to comment. I have posted many portrait blogs (Faces of...) on Travelblog, so I find it interesting which portraits attract comments. This was a prim & proper lady who posed for me in the Reunification Palace in HCMC.
