He was unable to sit up in the tuk tuk. He initially lay on his back on the bench. Later on, he sat on the floor of the tuk tuk.

Prologue I used miles for our flights on our vacation to Bali. With miles, I could get us to Bali, but we had to return from Bangkok, so we decided to spend two days in Bangkok.
