Early start - up at 0600 as we are going to Cochrane for 5k run and Duathalon! On the road by 0640, stopped for muffins and coffee at the local breakfast bar! At Cochrane we met Shelly, Ben, Eric (Age 8) and Matthew (Age 10)(Carl and Colleen's daughter, husband and family). Matthew and Ben were entered in the 5k race.
