No plans really, that morning we just woke up and went to "explore". Read somewhere about queen Sheeba of Turkey having a fort here in the UAE and went off on a wild goose chase, somehow ended up in the mountains of Hajar, drank mountain dew on the border of Oman, climbed few rocks, spotted some spectacular fossils, waded in puddles and back at home for dinner.
