Ageing trekker, now on the cusp of my twelfth visit to Nepal, and still not believing how I got so lucky ! I visited for the first time in 1989, and fell in love with the country and with its delightful people. I didn't realise at the time that Nepal was seriously addictive ! Now climb less - the mountains seem to get steeper and higher every time I visit - but still enjoy Nepal, and the French Alps... full info
